Some Rigs We’ve Seen

Kelly Reid • December 1, 2014

2002 Fleetwood Bounder 37′ – USAdventureRV, Joliet IL

Quoted Price: $27,500

NADA Low Retail: $26,000 ($33,500 @ 6k miles)

Anna took this one for a test drive and  thought was a nice unit for the price.  It was a good rig to see to give us a baseline of what to expect in the mid-20k range.  This one had a washer/dryer combo, which I didn’t realize was A Thing You Could Have.

Only 6,000 miles on the odometer (plus 2 curbs that Anna drove over)

2000 Newmar Kountry Star 37′ – Lloyd Bridges RV, Chelsea MI

Quoted Price: $26,000 (“No reasonable offer refused”)

NADA Low Retail: $22,200 ($27,500 @ 45k mi)

We didn’t drive this one because we were short on time and the salesman really didn’t seem like he wanted to be there.   Couldn’t blame him the day after thanksgiving in the snow.   The stacked washer-dryer unit looks awesome, and very much an upgrade over the combo unit in the Bounder.

Dat SLIDE Doh.

We’ve seen a few other rigs as well, but these were the only ones that caught our eye thus far.  The others didn’t really warrant photos or a blog post.
